National Gallery Standing Order Form and Gift Aid Declaration

The most convenient method of annual/monthly payment of donations to the National Gallery is by standing order. Please print then complete and sign the form below and return it to the National Gallery Development Office. We will forward it to your bank.

Additionally UK taxpayers can increase the value of donations to the National Gallery through Gift Aid without incurring any extra cost to themselves. By signing the declaration at the bottom of this form, the Gallery can recoup income tax from the Inland Revenue on gifts of any amount. If you choose to give in this way, please ensure that you tick the box at the bottom.
