Beuckelaer painted a fish stall in a thriving market to symbolise the element Water.
Taking the same theme GCSE students were encouraged by their trainee art and design teachers to explore the element in its widest terms. First-hand observational studies were drawn of objects which reminded the students of water.
They also looked at the reflective quality of water and water for life.
