Tailor-made tours for adult groups
The National Gallery's unique collection is a great resource for adult learners. We have a team of skilled educators to help your group use the paintings to study art history, do creative writing or develop English language skills.
Whatever your area of interest, you can use a session at the Gallery to kick-start your creativity.
We can also organise a training session for your business, or a tour that is just
about having fun and hearing stories behind some of the world’s most famous paintings.
- Sessions last one hour and look at four to five paintings in the permanent collection
- Group size of 10 to 25 people
- Book at least a month in advance
Costs
Many educational groups can use this service free of charge (includes U3A, WEA, ESOL groups, UK university and Further Education colleges).
Contact us for full details of fees for other groups - the cost per head is usually less than the admission price of most major exhibitions.
