Can I change the date or time of my exhibition ticket?

Tickets for the Gallery are not exchangeable or refundable as per our terms and conditions. If you have an issue with your booking, please contact our Ticketing team at tickets@nationalgallery.org.uk. Please note as a Member you are able to change your tickets and visit as many times as you would like.
