How do I book a reciprocal ticket?

To book a reciprocal ticket, please email us at tickets@nationalgallery.org.uk with 48 hours notice with details of the date and time you would like to visit. Or you can pick up a free ticket from the ticket desk on the day of your visit by showing your staff pass. Please note that reciprocal tickets are not available in the first 2, and final 2 weeks of an exhibition run.
