Where is my E-Ticket?
Tickets are sent to the booker's email address within 10 minutes of booking, following an immediate order confirmation email. Occasionally the E-ticket email can end up in junk or spam so we recommend checking there. If you still cannot find the E-ticket email please bring an order number to the Gallery and we will be able to reissue your ticket on the day.
Please note BT Internet email addresses recognise National Gallery E-ticket emails as spam, therefore these will often take up to an hour to reach your inbox and may likely be in your junk or spam inbox.
