About

Our storyteller leads you into a world of imagination in the gallery through the portal of one of our paintings. Using sensory based objects, music and rhyme, carers can engage with their children to support language development, communication, imagination and curiosity.

During sessions, children must be accompanied by a parent/carer.

After the session you are welcome to enjoy your packed lunch in the Social Space of the CCL.

Storyteller

Fiona Alderton is a Gallery Educator and storyteller. With a background in performing, she writes and gives sessions for adults and children, including commissions for various organisations such as the National Portrait Gallery, Dulwich Picture Gallery, and the Royal Opera House in London.
