About

Join Carlo Mancini of Yoga Yucca to explore art in a new way, with tailored mindful exercises designed to slow your nervous system and strengthen the natural bind between art and a meditative state.

Choosing one painting from the collection, Mancini will teach you how to connect with art on a sensory level. Expect breathing exercises, explorative movements, standing exercises and walking around to connect with the painting.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and if you would like to make things extra comfortable, please bring your own yoga mat.

Your host

Carlo Mancini founded Yoga Yucca which specialises in an authentic view of practicing and living yoga to enrich the overall experience of life and ultimately to enhance our inner peace.

Yoga Yucca delivers workshops such as 'Breath of Creativity', which explores the connection between yoga and mindfulness’s practices with the art making process in different shapes and forms. This helps people overcome barriers and opens new possibilities for self development through the practice.

Yoga Yucca is registered with Yoga Alliance Professional UK.
