About

In the first of our new morning conversation series, journalist and author Amelia Abraham (contributor to The Guardian, Art Review and London Review of Books) invites author and curator Hettie Judah, to discuss her new book, 'Acts of Creation: On Art and Motherhood'.

The pair explore how artists have depicted motherhood, and question how we can overcome the enduring taboos that come with being an artist and a mother.

Join us for a spirited discussion in the Gallery before public opening and enjoy a creative start to your day.

The conversation will be followed by a Q&A.

Please enter via the Getty Entrance and from here you will be guided to the event.
