Step into Siena
Explore the colours and gold of the artistic period of Siena 1300-1350 in a digital, immersive space
About
This half-term, step into the vibrant city of Siena in response to the National Gallery exhibition, 'Siena: The Rise of Painting, 1300 ‒1350'. The colours of the immersive space reflect the golden hues and colourful scenes from this period, and you are invited to explore and alter the landscape through transparent and textural elements which imitate the artisans’ wares of this period: gilded glass, rugs and silks, weaving and carving.
This self-led creative session will be held in the Creative Space of the Roden Centre for Creative Learning.
