Come and take some time out of your day for a slow look at The Adoration of the Golden Calf by Nicolas Poussin. We will guide you through a slow look of the painting, immersing ourselves in the artwork and focusing on the small details. You will be taken through breathing exercises and gentle movement as you explore your senses, whilst exploring the painting. Slow looking gives us an opportunity to experience the painting as well as see it.
