About

To celebrate his most recent book, join us for a morning talk with former Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Greg Doran, coined as 'one of the great Shakespearians of his generation' (Sunday Times).

Taking place in Room 29, the conversation will centre on Doran's book, My Shakespeare: A Director’s Journey Through the First Folio, which is about his experience of directing or producing all the plays in Shakespeare’s First Folio. Doran will speak to some of the key collaborations of his career, including those with actors such as Judi Dench, David Tennant, and Patrick Stewart, plus how meeting Nelson Mandela inspired the production of Julius Caesar.
