An outdoor exhibition across the seaside town of Cromer in Norfolk, comprising up to 30 life-size replica artworks from the National Gallery Collection.
Following the successful Bigger Picture initiative devised by Cromer Artspace whereby reproductions of great works of art from all over the world were displayed in various outdoor locations around the town of Cromer during lockdown, this second iteration will see National Gallery Collection works in multiple locations throughout the town. The exhibition can be explored with the aid of a printed guide and map, while additional resources can be found online via QR codes displayed next to each work.
In preparation of the exhibition the Gallery’s Learning Team ran a free and exclusive teacher training session for Cromer’s primary schools in July 2022.
