Group X details

There is a maximum of 4 groups per each individual date in the booking request. There is a limit of no more than 1 group per session. You can make a booking for more than one date.

Groups are limited in size according to the Key Stage selected. If the entire group is SEND, the minimum number of students is 8 and the maximum number of students is 12.

If you plan to visit with a group of students of a wide age range, you must book them into separate groups according to Key Stage.

If you would like to visit with more than one group on the same date, you must provide different teacher's details for each group attending. Your booking cannot be confirmed and will be delayed until different Group lead details are provided for each group visiting on the same date.

If you would like each group to attend on different dates, the same teacher's details can be provided as Group lead.

Please provide details of the Group lead who will be with this group at all times on the day of the visit.
This must be a mobile phone that the Group lead keeps with them on the day of the visit. It will only be used if we need to contact them on the day of the visit (e.g. in case of travel delays or emergencies).
