Informing him that the picture entitled 'Cattle' (now entitled 'Among the Cumberland Mountains - Mist Clearing Off' and transferred to the Tate) by Cooper, which was returned to the Gallery for repair will be dispatched back to them that day and requesting the take care with where they hang the painting to ensure the damage does not happen again
