Informing them that E. Gabriel, an assistant porter has absented himself without leave of absence, and with only providing a medical certificate which is believed to be from fake. The Director had dismissed him requests another assistant porter be appointed. Also provides an update of T. Holl another assistant porter who has been demoted for misconduct
