Advising that Cassell & Co. Ltd have permission to photograph 'Portrait of a Merchant & Lady' by Jan van Eyck [now known as 'Portrait of Giovanni (?) Arnolfini and his Wife'] and 'Christ blessing little Children' from the School of Rembrandt [now attributed to Nicholas Maes and known as 'Christ blessing the children'], on condition that the glass is removed by Mr Dolman and neither picture is moved from their present positions
