Advising that the loan of Turner's 'The Burial of Wilkie' [now transferred to the Tate and known as 'Peace - Burial at Sea'], 'Rain, Wind and Steam' [now known as 'Rain, Steam and Speed - The Great Western Railway'], 'The Snow Storm' [now transferred to the Tate], and 'The Sun of Venice' [now transferred to the Tate] has been approved, subject to the sanction of the H.M. Treasury and the conditions of the National Gallery (Loan) Act of 1883
