Re the disputed bequest of the late Richard Charles Wheeler. The Director and Trustees desire that the sum of £1800, the value of his real estate claimed by the Crown under the Mortmain Act, is passed to the Gallery for the purchase of British School landscape pictures as intended by the testator.
