Description
The absence of Trustees from the Gallery has caused the postponement of any consideration of Critchfield's proposed work. Eastlake will need to know the exact price that Critchfield will charge for his work on the frames, as the Gallery must ensure it stays within the annual budget laid down by the Treasury. Critchfield's charges for hanging frames will need to be compared with other frame hanging charges so as to establish how fair his price is.
