Description
Referring to the letter received from the correspondent on the 22 April 1882 informing him that he cannot be given advice on pictures due to the policy of the National Gallery. The letter further informs him that the name he quoted was intended for De Heem, a name which several Flemish painters had and also to seek the advice of a dealer for the commercial value of the picture.
