Enclosing copies of the two reports concerning the misconduct of Henry Canning, informing him that the Trustees and Director agree with the advice that Canning should be suspended and seeking the Lord Commissioners approval. Also requesting their advice over the amount of pay that Canning should receive for time already worked.
