Informing him that the Trustees and Director of that Gallery will endeavor to comply with the request for the loan of picture requested, but the process has been delayed. With regards the Turner sketches, one of them will be available for the Manchester Art Gallery, providing they can provide assurance that it will be transported safely and will have suitable protection and insurance while it is on display.
