Description
Two letters referring to a fee of £2.2d for the attendance of Signor Pinti before the committee on the cleaning of del Piombo's 'Raising of Lazarus'. Pinti has died, and the fee has passed to the court of chancery to be settled. Original receipt for Pinti's appearance, dated 8 May 1881, is included.
