Copy record of a letter from Colin Agnew to E.R.H. Harrison, Clerk to the Special Commissioners of Income Tax, begging notice of appeal against an assessment of Super-Tax made against him. Agnew details his service in the Intelligence Corps during the First World War, his being invalided out of the army without a pension and his income for 1915 as a member of the firm of Agnew's.
