Description
Letter (4 Nov 1887) from Hannah Primrose, Countess of Rosebery, written from Dalmeny Park to Mr Agnew. Countess Rosebery describes a her being "fascinated at the factory by what were called 'Buffaloes' " and their being made into waste paper baskets. She asks Mr Agnew if two could be purchased by his secretary and billed to her. She also describes Lord Rosebery as suffereing from the effects of a heavy cold.
