Waterhouse comments on new Slade Professor, Goodhart-Rendel and says he has no intention of wanting the Professorship in 6 years time. Comments on the D'Abernon lunch where there was a mention of the Wootton. Mentions two John Sell Cotmans which were in the Tate exhibition that were for sale; the 'Bettes' at Agnew's; the Burne-Jones show at the Tate Gallery; and D'Abernon having another Gainsborough of a Mr Fane.
