Penetration of Radiation into Old Paint Films

Abstract

The author describes a method for calculating the intensity of visible radiation within a paint film, whose composition varies with depth and changes in time. A computer algorithm is developed using the Kubelka-Munk analysis. Examples of numerical experience are included.
