Susan Noonan

Susan is the Chief Commercial Officer of National Gallery Global Ltd, leading all commercial and revenue driving activities, including Retail, Hospitality, Licensing, Publishing, Ticketing and Membership.

With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial museum and gallery sector, Susan joined the National Gallery in 2023, from the Royal Academy of Arts, where she held the role of Head of Commercial. Previously Susan has worked within the commercial teams at Kew Gardens, The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and the Victoria and Albert Museum here in London.
