Siberechts was born in Antwerp and worked there from 1648 to 1649, having perhaps already visited Italy. Between 1672 and 1676 he settled in England, where he died. Siberechts was a landscape painter. His early paintings are Italianate in style, emulating those of artists like Jan Both and Adam Pynacker.
